Deliveries

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, except weekends and holidays. Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail and are covered by insurance. Please inspect deliveries for transit damage before signing for reciept. Please allow 5 working days for your delivery to arrive.

International Deliveries

We currently ship orders throughout the European Union, prices are calculated at the checkout. Please allow 7 working days for your delivery to arrive.

Returns & Warranty

Please contact Trilateral first to confirm your return. You can return your product within 30 days if you are not happy with it. Products should be returned with original contents and not have been tampered with. Please also indicate your order number in your return. Products are also covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty, unless otherwise stated.

How to order

Simply select the Our Products link on the menu, select a product then click the Buy Now button and follow the instructions. Trilateral accept all major Credit and Debit Cards through our Paypal payment system.
